PAC Executive Role – Secretary
We’re looking for a parent volunteer to step into the PAC Executive Secretary role for the next school year (2026/27). This is a great opportunity to get involved, stay informed, and support the PAC behind the scenes. The incoming Secretary would work closely with our current Secretary this year to ensure a smooth transition before taking on the role in September.
The Secretary plays a key role by recording meeting minutes, helping maintain PAC records and governing documents, and supporting communication and organization across the PAC. The role involves attending PAC meetings and helping keep records organized and accessible. The time commitment is approximately one hour per week.
