Current Openings
We’re looking for a parent volunteers to step into the PAC Executive roles for the next school year (2026/27). This is a great opportunity to get involved, stay informed, and support the PAC behind the scenes.
- Communications Coordinator – Helps keep parents informed and engaged by sharing PAC updates, meeting information, and school events through the e-bulletin and approved social media channels. This role also maintains and updates the PAC website. Experience with WordPress is an asset. The time commitment is approximately 2-3 hours per week.
- Fundraising and Events Coordinator (Big Events) – Leads the planning and oversight of the PAC’s major annual events and fundraisers, such as Santa’s Workshop, Year End Fair, and Gala. The role supports event leads, reviews proposals and budgets, and helps ensure large-scale events are organized and successful. Experience with event planning is an asset.
- Fundraising and Events Coordinator (Small/Special Events) – Coordinates and oversees smaller community-building events throughout the year, including the Welcome Coffee, Wine and Cheese PAC meeting, Movie Nights, and the Halloween Dance.
- Fundraising and Events Coordinator (Event Assistant) – Provides hands-on support across PAC events and fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities may include assisting with proposals and budgets, helping with event logistics, and attending PAC meetings regularly. Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities are helpful for this role.
